WFS Scholarships

WFS offers up to twenty (20) $500 scholarships to graduating high school seniors each year from throughout the WFS trade territory. High school seniors whose parents or guardians are patrons of WFS are encouraged to apply. Applicants are not required to be pursuing a degree in agriculture, although those who are, will be given special consideration. Since 1987, WFS has awarded over $100,000 in scholarship money to graduating seniors throughout the WFS trade territory.

WFS also offers an Ag chemical Applicator Technician Scholarship/Loan Program. Those wanting to apply would need to pursue a post-secondary degree as an Agricultural Chemical Applicator Technician and agree to work for WFS upon completion of the program. In return, WFS would agree to provide financial aid in support of getting that degree. A copy of the application/contract is available by clicking here.
