Dawn Abel

Human Resource Director. Dawn has assumed many roles with the growth of WFS and assumed the role of Human Resource Director in April of 2001. Dawn came to WFS in 1994 with the acquisition of LH Grain where she had been employed since 1986.
Ed Bosanko
wfsinfo@wfsag.com President and General Manager. Before assuming the role of general manager of WFS in 1999, Ed was formerly the general manager at Andale Farmers Coop in Andale, KS. Ed also previously held the position as general manager at South Dakota Wheat Growers in Aberdeen, SD.
Randy Cole

Petroleum Division Manager. Randy joined WFS in 1996 with the acquisition of the former Grain Land Co-op facilities. He began his career in 1978 as a bulk fuel distributor and in 1993 became Grain Land’s petroleum manager.
Bill Day

Chief Financial Officer. Bill took on the role of CFO in July of 1999 after working as a CPA with Schuetzle Carlson & Co. Accounting Firm. He also at one time owned a consulting service, which offered controller services to agricultural businesses in the area.
Jo Ann Gumto

Communications Specialist. Jo Ann assumed her role in communications and advertising in November of 2000. Jo Ann brought marketing and communications experience with her from her previous position as a marketing assistant with Golden Sun Feeds, a division of Purina Mills Inc.
Craig Kilian

Grain Division Manager. Craig took over as grain division manager in 2005 before serving as grain merchandiser for 5 years. Prior to that, Craig was the grain division manager at Hanska Cooperative.
Mike Lepp

Operations Manager. Mike assumed his role as Operations Manager in October of 1996 after the acquisition of assets of the former Grain Land Co-op. Mike’s past employment experience includes general manager of Easton Co-op Elevator and assistant general manager of Grain Land Co-op.
Mike Minnehan
mminnehan@wfsag.com Operations Manager. Mike started with WFS in 1983 in the agronomy division and later moved into management overseeing both the agronomy and the petroleum divisions. Mike assumed his current position as operations manager in 2000.
Dean Olsen

AgQuest Senior Financial Officer. Dean recently made a transition from financial administrator of WFS Inc. to senior financial officer with AgQuest, with the merger of the two finance companies. Dean has worked in the finance division of WFS since 1997 and had 12 years of financial lending experience prior to that.
Jerry Svoboda

Feed Division Manager. Jerry joined WFS in April of 2002 with 23 years experience in the feed business. Prior to WFS, Jerry was head of the feed division at Farmers Cooperative in Jackson, MN.

Tony Bach
Tony raises corn and soybeans with his brother near Mapleton, MN. Tony also raises pigs. Prior to his election to the WFS board of directors he served four years as an advisory member.

Tom Blackstad
Tom farms north of St. James, MN where he raises corn, soybeans, and vegetables. Tom also has cattle and finishing hogs. Tom is in his fifth term and currently serves as secretary to the board.

Jim Fisher
Newly elected to District 1 in 2005, Jim farms 1000 acres of corn and soybeans near Dolliver, Iowa. Jim also finishes out a few cattle.

Charlie Johnson
Charlie's family operates a family cash grain operation near Wells, MN, along with a family seed and trucking business. Charlie is serving his second term on the WFS Board of Directors and currently serves as Vice-Chairman

Ken Klug
Ken raises corn and soybeans on his 750 acre farming operation near Fairmont, MN. He also owns owns and operates a 1500 sow Isowean unit which produces 33,000 piglets per year. Ken is currently serving his first term as a WFS board member.

Doug Kuhlman
Doug raises corn and soybeans near Lewisville, MN and is in his fourth term on the WFS board of directors. Doug currently serves as chairman and was a former member of the Farmland Industries Board of Directors.

Dan Rynearson
Dan farms 1,100 acres of corn and soybeans near Winnebago and Huntley, MN. Dan is serving his first term on the WFS Board of Directors, and is currently servicing as vice-chairman. Dan has had many years of experience on cooperative boards, including 9 years on the Corn Plus board.

Newly elected in District 4 in 2005, Neil raises corn, soybeans, vegetable crops and does contract hog finishing. Neil lives on a farm right outside of New Richland.

Harold Wolle, Jr.
Harold raises corn and soybeans east of St. James, MN. Harold holds a BA degree in business administration from Valparaiso University and is in his fifth term on the WFS board of directors.
